Overview
MailBridge connects customer channels and team tools through secure bot tokens or OAuth. Customer conversations can be answered by AI, handed to your team, posted, filed, or assigned based on your workflow.
Route triaged emails directly into Slack channels. Reply to customers from inside a thread without ever touching your inbox.
Setup steps

Go to Integrations in your MailBridge dashboard.

Click Connect next to Slack and complete the OAuth flow — you'll be prompted to authorise MailBridge in your workspace.

Select a default channel. This is where emails land when no routing rule matches.

Optionally configure Routing Rules to send specific email categories (e.g. bug_report, billing) to dedicated channels.
MailBridge needs the channels:write and chat:write permissions. It will never read messages or DMs.
Discord
Add the MailBridge bot to your Discord server and receive triaged emails as rich embeds in any channel you choose.
Setup steps

Go to Integrations and click Connect next to Discord.

You'll be redirected to Discord's OAuth page. Select the server you want to add MailBridge to and authorise the bot.

Back in MailBridge, choose the default channel from the dropdown — this is where all triaged emails are posted.

Use routing rules to fan out different email categories to separate channels.
The bot only requires the Send Messages and Embed Links permissions.
Telegram
Customer channel
Connect a Telegram bot so customers can ask questions and receive knowledge-base-powered answers, with team handoff when a human is needed.
Setup steps

Open @BotFather in Telegram, send /newbot, and follow the prompts.

Copy the bot token BotFather gives you.

Go to Integrations in MailBridge, open Telegram, and paste the token. MailBridge validates the bot and configures its webhook automatically.

Share the displayed t.me link with customers. They must start the bot before it can reply.
Bot tokens are encrypted at rest. Telegram conversations use the same AI, knowledge-base, analytics, and Slack or Discord handoff settings as your website chat widget.
Linear
Automatically create Linear issues from triaged emails. Bug reports, feature requests, and more go straight into your backlog.
Setup steps

Go to Integrations and click Connect next to Linear.

Authorise MailBridge to access your Linear workspace via OAuth.

Select which team and project new issues should be created in by default.
Linear integration is available on the Professional plan.
ClickUp
Turn support emails into ClickUp tasks automatically. Assign them to the right list, set priority, and keep your team on top of requests.
Setup steps

Go to Integrations and click Connect next to ClickUp.
2
Complete the OAuth flow to grant MailBridge access to your ClickUp workspace.

Choose the default Space, Folder, and List where new tasks should be created.

Optionally map email categories to different lists or set a default priority level.
ClickUp integration is available on the Professional plan.
Jira
Automatically file Jira issues for bugs and feature requests, with full email context attached.
Setup steps

Authorise MailBridge to access your Atlassian site via OAuth.

Select which project new issues should be created in by default.

Optionally map email categories to different issue types or priorities.

GitHub
Turn bug reports and feature requests into GitHub issues, labelled by priority tier so they slot straight into your existing workflow.
Setup steps

Go to Integrations and click Connect next to GitHub.

Authorise the MailBridge GitHub App for the account or organisation that owns your repo.

Select the default repository new issues should be created in.

Choose which categories — bug reports, feature requests, or both — should open issues automatically.
Only one project management integration can be primary at a time — connecting GitHub as primary demotes any existing primary (Linear, ClickUp, or Jira).
Custom via webhooks
Don't see your tool? MailBridge fires a real-time webhook on every email event — so you can pipe data into anything: Zapier, Make, Notion, HubSpot, or your own backend.
Setup steps

Go to Developer Tools → Webhooks and click Add endpoint.

Enter your endpoint URL — this is the URL MailBridge will POST to on every event.

Select which events to subscribe to (e.g. email.triaged, email.closed).
4
Copy the webhook secret and use it to verify incoming payloads on your server.
